2025 Fresno State Plant Science Judging Team finished 18th out of 25

Thanks to supporters like the TCRCD, the Fresno State Soil Judging was able to travel to the Stevens Point, Wisconsin and compete in the 2025 National Soil Judging Competition, this past May.  The team finished 18th out of 25 schools overall with 1 student, Juan Magana finishing 10th in the individual competition.

With last years 1st place finish at the 2024 Region 6 Soil Competition in November, hosted by New Mexico State University, the Fresno State Soil Judging Team qualified to compete at the 65th Annual National Soil Judging Competition hosted by University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in April of 2025.
